• Variety:

  All our design and products are divided into two major kind of production:

• Architectural plaster molding
• Cast stone

The main difference between these two productions is the materials that are used in them which give it different look. However the designs that we have for any of these products can be produced by the other product as well upon the request of the customer which gives our customers more variety of designs to fulfill their tastes.  

• Characteristics:

• In order to install hidden light in the building with no expended            metal, wooden structure, iron base or any substructure, we can use of this light moldings to luster with variety of designs and colors, in both plaster and stony materials. In this case we save a lot of construction material.

• The products can be painted to get a wooden effect, golden effect, silver effect…. One of the specifications of these products is its harmony with Middle Eastern culture.

• These products can be used all around the interior spaces for both residential and commercial buildings.

• Materials:

• All materials (Natural minerals such as gypsum, plaster, different types of stone powder in different colors, Glue and flax) have American and Canadian Standards and can be provided simply and inexpensively.

• Raw Materials are all environmental friendly and pollution free.

• Productivity:

• By using this method it is possible to produce 2000 meter plaster moldings and minimum 50-100 pieces of stone cast items equal to 50,000 USD every day.

• In this way, Monthly revenue for 25 days would be equal to

1,250,000 USD for one work shift (10 hours a day).

• Space Requirements:

• For the factory two halls is required with space of about 400 meters squire.
• One storage space with at least 200 Meters Squire.
• The office space including the showroom required is about 200 Meters Squire.
• A two bedroom apartment for recruited staffs from Canada.

• Human resources:

• The required human resource for this manufacturing line would be about 10 people in main office and 60 people as workers and drivers.

• No qualified workers are required. Workers will be ready to work after a short training that will be done by N.B.S representatives and experts.

• Machinery:

• The technology for producing these items does not require heavy machinery or complicated manufacturing process.

• It is possible to even transfer the required equipments to the construction site and do a part of the production process on the job site for large construction projects.

• Production Time Line:

The whole duration for initiation is 3 months:
          

• 2 month for phase 1:Training and Preparing the Manufacturing line                      
• 1 months for phase 2: Test & Trial  production

• Profit Estimation:

The cost of human resources required for factory, cost of required personal in the office and the overall costs for the office including the cost of renting a space and accommodation for Engineers and technicians who will be sent to Middle East to train the personal are all estimated to be around 120,000USD per month. Based on the estimated revenue mentioned before and the estimated level of production the profit can be estimated to be around 1,000,000USD per month. Please be advised that this estimation is based on our experience in working around the world and also our researches on UAE market. We estimated the final price of the products and the installation fees to be %30 of the price of the products and services in United States and Canada.

All the required trainings will be provided by recruited engineers and technicians from N.B.S Canadian International Inc and Paniz Iranian Construction Company. The selling department will be trained and the personal will be provided by you. N.B.S will coordinate the selling department and technical department based on experience and knowledge of both technical aspects of this project and selling of these products.

The required show room and product catalogues and data sheets will be prepared with the help of our technicians and sales managers.

Our estimation is that based on the volume of demand in UAE,IRAN,.. And the possibilities of implementing proper marketing and advertising techniques we may need to increase the number of shifts of production of the factory to two or three periods and this will double or triple the monthly revenue.
